Little Tikes Big Rockers Guitar

Big Rockers Guitar, a Birthday to Remember!

My oldest son plays acoustic and electric guitar and my second son plays electric bass guitar, so a toy guitar would be a perfect gift for my littlest guy.  My youngest son loves to “jam” with his big brothers and strum their guitars.  He just turned 1 year old in January and we had a little birthday party for him.  My aunt and uncle saw the Pop Tunes Big Rocker Guitar and couldn’t resist getting it for him.  As soon as he opened it, he was done opening presents.  He loved strumming the strings on his new toy guitar and dancing to the tunes, his smile was priceless.  He was just like his big brothers.

This Guitar ROCKS!
Even the adults had fun playing with it.
The Pop Tunes Big Rocker Guitar is colorful (it comes in primary colors, blue, or pink), it’s shaped like a real electric guitar, and has real strings to strum and buttons to push.  It has volume control and even a whammy bar.  You can jam with 5 different songs or you can create your own.
It plays songs you grew up listening to, like;
Message in a Bottle by The Police,
Love Shack by The B52’s,
Wild Thing by The Troggs,
Crazy Little Thing Called Love by Queen, and
All Star by Smashmouth.

The Love of Music
Music can enhance your child’s development while they are having fun.

You can help make a difference in a child’s life and foster an appreciation of music that will last a lifetime.  Here are some tips to help you develop a Love of Music in your child:

Sing to and with your child and teach them songs of all types…if you sing with the voice of angels or if you couldn’t even carry a tune in a bucket, they will think you have a wonderful voice and love the attention you are giving them.

Dance with your child…this helps them understand there is a rhythm to music and music is fun.

Play instruments for and with your child… if you can’t play a fancy instrument, play a more simple one like a recorder or maracas.

Play with musical toys together…you can sing, and dance to them and have fun.

Your child will be more likely to pursue musical instrument playing and truly appreciate fine music as they grow.
Singing, dancing, playing instruments and musical games stimulate a child’s creativity and imagination.

Other Little Tikes Pop Tunes Toys
Get ready to rock ‘n’ roll…

Pop Tunes Big Rocker Drum Set gets kids moving with music that parents can appreciate.

The Pop Tunes Big Rocker Keyboard includes flashing lights that pulse to the beat of the music.  They plays five kid-friendly versions of famous songs or they can also be played freestyle.

Little Tikes Pop Tunes Music Mixer has fun sound effects that lets kids play around and get creative with music.  It has 2 unique sound effects per song, you can slow down/speed up each song, and spin the turn-table for a DJ-style scratch effect.

Little Tikes Pop Tunes Music Player Touch Screen has a Music Mode that lets your child pick which song they want to hear and the light bar flashes colors to correspond with the music.  In Sound Mode different sounds made by the child will cause the light bar to flash different colors.

I love the kind of days you can light a fire in the fireplace or have a bonfire and put on a big pot of soup to simmer and enjoy all day long. It brings about memories of gatherings we had when I was a child, when we all gathered together to share a bowl of soup.

Mango fruit leather has turned out to be one of my kids' favorites. The sugar is totally optional, but it makes it much sweeter and cuts the tartness. The post Mango Fruit Leather appeared first on Mama’s Homestead.

Cream soda...do you like yours red or amber colored? I chose the amber colored version for my cream soda jelly. I like the flavor better. Plus, I added a teaspoon of vanilla, just for added vanilla goodness. The post Cream Soda Jelly appeared first on Mama’s Homestead.
